Born on June 12, 1953, in Elmira, New York, Harold lived a life marked by service, compassion, and dedication. As a Vietnam Veteran, he demonstrated courage and resilience that remained evident throughout his life. He was born to Evelyn Dolores Bellgraph and shared a close bond with his siblings, Scott Bellgraph and Pat Bellgraph.
