David Patrick Carson

Naples, NY June 2, 1965 – March 25, 2026 Age 60

Naples – David Patrick Carson, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on March 25, 2026, while visiting friends in Oregon.

He is survived by his mother, Marilynn (Brasser) Carson; brother, Robert R. (Karen) Carson, Jr.; two nephews, Christopher (Kathryn) Carson and Michael (Holly) Carson; two great-nieces, Nellie and Clara; aunts, uncles, and cousins; and dear friend, Linda Strawn and her family of Oregon. He was predeceased by his father, Robert R. Carson, Sr. in 2024.

David was born and raised in Canandaigua. He attended Canandaigua schools and was a graduate of Canandaigua Academy, class of 1983. After graduating high school and a memorable trip to Hawaii, David worked as a truck driver for many years. He drove for various companies, both local and over-the-road. David collected miniature vehicles, “Peanuts” memorabilia, and enjoyed attending flea markets and auctions.

A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date and time to be announced.
