Daniel Lee Pille
Daniel Lee Pille, 70, of Jordan, NY, passed away peacefully on April 10th, 2026, at his home after a joyful, well-lived life amongst many friends and his large family.
Born on June 18th, 1955, Danny was known for his sharp wit and commitment to making others smile and laugh. There was never a dull moment with him! He dedicated 30+ years to Auburn Steel/Nucor where he made a career as a proud steelworker. After retiring from the steel mill, he worked part time in many roles supporting local businesses and developed many great relationships with his co-workers.
Danny loved his family including his three children, Christopher, Adam, and Kimberly, his grandchildren, his brothers, sisters, and many nieces and nephews. He made every family gathering unforgettable!
Danny is predeceased by his oldest son Christopher, his parents Earl “Buzzy” and Dorothy Pille, and two brothers-in-law Larry Jordan and Doug Quagliaroli. He is survived by his daughter Kimberly (Dannielle), his son Adam, 10 grandchildren, and 7 brothers and sisters - Cynthia Jordan, Mary Lou Mastriano (Dave Litzenberger), Linda Quagliaroli, Greg Pille (Janet), Denise Alivero-Robbins (Dan), Debbie Sauvie (Ron), and Brian Pille (Tracey).
Calling hours will be held at Bush Funeral Home, 120 E. Main Street, Elbridge, NY on Friday, April 17th, 2026, from 3-6 PM. A private burial will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Jordan Volunteer Fire Department.
