Connie Rose Waxman

Reynoldsville, NY July 12, 1943 – May 1, 2026 Age 82

Connie Rose Waxman, age 82, longtime resident of the Reynoldsville area, died at Beechtree Care Center in Ithaca on Friday, May 1, 2026, following a recent health setback.

Connie was born in Elmira on July 12, 1943, a daughter of the late Charles and Alberta (VanValkner) Stuck. She had worked at JC Penney in Horseheads for many years and then worked in the cafeteria at BOCES in Ithaca. Connie was an active member of the Reynoldsville UMC and participated in many of the church events and programs with her friends. Connie was a lover of all animals, especially her cats, but closest to her heart was her family. Her loving spirit and kindness were known to many and will be held as a fond memory.

She is survived by her children: Candace (Rob) Robinson of Trumansburg, Larry and Terry of Colorado; her grandchildren: Zachery, Chelsea, Samantha, Cameron, and Elizabeth; and great-grandchildren: Finn & Jamie, Camden & Celeste; her siblings: Patti Azotea of Watkins Glen and Duane Stuck of Elmira. Connie was preceded in death by her great-granddaughter, Celine.
