Anthony Greco

GENEVA - Anthony "Tony" Greco, 88, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at his home with his family by his side.

Family and friends may call from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Wednesday, May 6, at the Palmisano Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee Street, Geneva, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, May 7, at 12:30 pm at St. Francis De Sales Church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Anthony J. Greco Sr. (88), a lifelong resident of Geneva, NY, passed peacefully on May 2, 2026, after an extended illness, surrounded by family and friends. Born April 5, 1938, he is pre-deceased by his parents Giovanni and Asunda, six brothers, and one sister, and is survived by Mary Ann (the mother of his children), his three children – Anthony Jr. (Joan), Christina Pierce (Jeff), Susan Doeblin, 10 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, and his special friend Cammy Acquilano.

A proud Marine Corps veteran, Greco served in many overseas climes and places in the late 50s and early 60s and was based in Camp Lejeune, NC, leaving active duty as a Sergeant. A long-time employee of Geneva Club Beverage, where he rose from Route Salesman to Food Service Manager, he was renowned for his loyalty and work ethic and continued to drive tour buses for a number of wineries in his retirement. An avid card player and golfer, he rarely missed an opportunity to play with friends and was a fixture at the local McDonald's each morning to share coffee and swap stories with his cronies.
