The New York State Department of Labor has released its unemployment statistics for the month of December.

The state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate held at 4.3% last month.

Below is a breakdown of each county’s non seasonally adjusted rate for December:

  • Cayuga – 3.0%
  • Monroe – 2.9%
  • Onondaga – 2.8%
  • Ontario – 2.7%
  • Schuyler – 3.6%
  • Seneca – 2.8%
  • Steuben – 3.4%
  • Tompkins – 2.4%
  • Wayne – 2.8%
  • Yates – 2.9%
