Pleading guilty to a felony weapons possession charge has landed a Watkins Glen man in state prison.

John Slack entered his guilty pleas in Schuyler County Court back in March. The 38-year-old was recently sentenced by Judge Matthew Hayden to two-to-four years in state prison as a second felony offender.

Slack was also sentenced to 180 days in jail in a separate case. He admitted to a charge of misdemeanor attempted tampering with physical evidence.
