A Schuyler County man has been sentenced to 1-to-3 years in prison by Schuyler County Judge Matthew Hayden.

46-year-old Michael Inman, of Cayuta, admitted to violating the terms and conditions of his probation in Schuyler County Court. As a result, he was sentenced by Judge Hayden to prison and his probation was revoked.

Inman was originally convicted of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree for disobeying the terms of an Order of Protection and was sentenced to 5 years probation out of Tompkins County. His probation supervision was then transferred to Schuyler County.

The case was prosecuted by Schuyler County Chief Assistant District Attorney Jeremy Hourihan.
