Schuyler County Man Gets Prison Time for Rape Conviction

After pleading guilty to a felony rape charge in Schuyler County earlier this year, a Beaver Dams man learned his punishment this month.

Judge Matthew Hayden sentenced 28-year-old Justin Hyde to five years in state prison plus ten years post-release supervision. An Order of Protection was also granted on behalf of the victim.
