Police Look for Driver in Ithaca Car Vs. Pedestrian Accident

Police are searching for the driver of the car who struck a person with their car early Saturday morning and fled the scene.

According to the Ithaca Police Department, the accident happened just after 12:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Spencer Road. By the time officers had arrived, the vehicle had left the area.

The pedestrian was taken to a local trauma center and is listed in stable condition.
