The Village of Watkins Glen is advising residents to expect brief power outages on Tuesday.
The village’s Electric Department will be performing routine maintenance on substation breakers. Officials say each circuit in the village will experience a short, 15-minute outage while testing is done. The work will be staggered, so only portions of the village will be without power at a time.
The Electric Department thanks residents for their understanding during the maintenance work.
