Hundreds of people came on out on a gorgeous Memorial Day morning in Yates County to honor the many Veterans who have served our country and our no longer with us.

The Penn Yan parade had a different route this year due to the Main Street road project.  The parade stepped off from the Community Center on North Main Street and turned right onto Court Street.  This year’s parade marshal was Andy Swarthout.

At the same time in the village of Dundee, parade-goers came out to honor their fallen heroes and to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Please enjoy the photos below from the village of Dundee supplied to us by John Wiedemer and Lucas Day’s photos from the Penn Yan parade.

God Bless America!
