New York State Electric and Gas customers in Steuben County will have a chance this week to meet face-to-face with customer service representatives to discuss their billing concerns.

The utility will host a Community Connection event on Wednesday at the Campbell Fire Department. Representatives from the Customer Advocacy Group and Energy Efficiency Group will also be on hand to provide information on available programs, assistance options, and energy-saving opportunities. Additional NYSEG employees will be on-site to answer general questions and guide customers before they meet with service representatives.

Wednesday’s Community Connection event on the 16th will take place from 4 until 7 p.m.
