Montour Falls Man to Spend Time in Prison for Separate Convictions

A Montour Falls man will spend time in prison after pleading guilty to two separate cases in Schuyler County Court.

After admitting to a felony charge of criminal possession of stolen property, Howard Clugstone was sentenced to two to four years in state prison as a Second Felony Offender.

In a separate case, the 37-year-old pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass. Clugstone was sentenced to serve one year in county jail.

This case was prosecuted by Schuyler County Chief Assistant District Attorney Jeremy Hourihan.
