The Steuben County teenager reported missing earlier this week has been located.
State Police say Kaleb Hicks is in Pennsylvania and is safe. The 17-year-old was reported missing this week and was believed to have been heading to the Rochester area.
Troopers added they wanted to thank the public for their help in trying to locate Hicks.
