Man Hospitalized after Yates County Motorcycle Crash

A Bloomfield man was sent to the hospital after a motorcycle accident in the Town of Jerusalem, Saturday evening.

According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, 39-year-old Travis Rogers was riding his motorcycle on Italy Friend Road around 5:45p when the motorcycle exited the east side of the road and struck a ditch, causing Rogers to be ejected from the vehicle.

He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for his injuries.

An investigation into the matter is underway.
