Police were able to recover a computer taken from a home in Ithaca thanks to its built-in G-P-S tracking capability.
The stolen laptop was found at a home on East State Street and 36-year-old Larry Payne, Junior was arrested on a felony burglary charge.
Payne was sent to Tompkins County Jail after his arraignment.
