In a tribute to local veterans, the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital Auxiliary in PennYan is inviting the community to participate in its “Remember and Honor Those Who Served” initiative this Veterans Day.
For a contribution of $10 or more, individuals, families, and organizations can have the name of a service member placed on the Honor Roll boards displayed in the hospital lobby through the end of November. Donations can be made in memory or in honor of a loved one, creating a visible and lasting tribute of gratitude.
All proceeds will support the purchase of new equipment for the hospital’s Emergency Department.
To participate, mail a check payable to Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, including the name of the service member and whether the donation is in honor or memory, to:
