Watkins Glen International has announced the cancellation of this year’s F.L.X. Summer Fest and its associated camping options, which were scheduled for July 18–20.

In a statement released Tuesday, track president Dawn Burlew said the decision was made despite plans to showcase local vendors at the event. “Fortunately, visitors to the area will still have many opportunities to experience our local wineries, distilleries, and breweries, as many in the area have increased their event options throughout the summer,” Burlew added.

Guests who purchased tickets or camping passes will receive information via email about receiving credit for future events at Watkins Glen or requesting a refund.

The track encourages fans to check out other upcoming events, including “Drive The Glen” and the popular NASCAR race weekend. A full schedule is available at TheGlen.com.
