An update on the rollover car accident that happened in the village of Penn Yan last Sunday night.
An investigation determined that 39-year-old Paul Sullivan, of Penn Yan, turned right onto Water Street from Liberty Street when he struck a parked car. Sullivan admitted to officers he was on his mobile phone at the time of the accident.
No injuries were reported and Sullivan was ticketed for driving while on his cell phone.
