Residents of the village of Dresden are invited to take part in a meeting of the Comprehensive Planning Committee on Wednesday night.

The public workshop at the Dresden Firehouse will be used to introduce and review the new comprehensive plan for the Yates County village. The Comprehensive Planning Committee and Rob Richardson with the Genesee/Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council have been working for months on an update of Dresden’s Comprehensive Plan. A survey was mailed out last Fall to all village-owned residents and businesses seeking feedback on what they thought of their village and what they would like to see for its future.

Wednesday’s meeting at the Fire Hall starts at 6:30 p.m.
