The Schuyler County Legislature’s Management and Finance Committee has completed its review of the 2025 preliminary budget and has turned it over to the full Legislature.

With that, County Clerk Stacey Husted said the preliminary budget is now a Tentative 2025 Budget. The Chairman of the Legislature, Carl Blowers has called for a Legislative Committee Budget Workshop to follow the Legislative Resolution Review Committee Meeting on Wednesday. This will allow for any further action as a committee of the whole or by any non-member of Management and Finance.

The Public Hearing on the 2025 Tentative Budget is scheduled for November 12th in Room 120 at the Human Services Complex.
