On Monday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Rachel Noone, 48, of Seneca Falls, following a traffic complaint.

Police responded to a report of a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed, which subsequently led to a property damage accident. Following an investigation, officers determined that Noone was allegedly operating the vehicle in an impaired condition.

Noone was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, reckless driving, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, failure to maintain lane, and speed not reasonable and prudent.

She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
