What’s the future for the former Willard Psychiatric property in Seneca County?

Tonight, three Seneca County organizations will present the “Highest & Best Use Study” for the former Willard Campus. The Seneca County Board of Supervisors, Chamber of Commerce, and Industrial Development Agency (IDA) are joining forces to highlight the potential of the Willard project to revitalize the southern Seneca County community.

The property includes the former Willard Drug Treatment Prison.

Tonight’s meeting begins at 5 tonight at the South Seneca High School.

A resort and conference center, nature trails, and single-family housing have been identified as future uses for the 630-acres overlooking Seneca Lake.
