Waterloo Man Reported Missing Under “Suspicious Conditions”

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Waterloo-area man who disappeared under what officials describe as “suspicious conditions.”

Deputies say 66-year-old Mark Taggerty was last seen on Monday after leaving his job at Frazier Industrial on Waterloo–Geneva Road around 9 a.mTaggerty was reportedly seen walking eastbound along Route 5 & 20 toward the Village of Waterloo.
