Authorities have released the names of those involved in Wednesday morning’s fatal crash at the intersection of State Route 5&20, Hickox Road, and Cooley Road in Canandaigua.

Investigators say 40-year-old Jonathan Stills of Lima was driving a box truck when he failed to stop at a red light on Route 5&20, striking a small SUV driven by 29-year-old Kassandra Yankanich of Canandaigua.

Stills was pronounced dead at the scene. Yankanich was not injured, though a child passenger in her vehicle was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with shoulder pain.

The Sheriff’s Office says there was no evidence of drugs or alcohol at the scene. The crash remains under investigation pending cause of death and toxicology results for Stills.
