Firefighters from four different companies battled a house fire in Ontario County Thursday morning.
When firefighters arrived on the scene at 3662 Nibawauka Beach in Gorham, they found the attached garage to the residence engulfed in flames. Everyone inside of the home was able to safely escape and no injuries were reported.
An initial investigation does not point to anything suspicious in terms of how the fire started, but investigators say they are still trying to pinpoint the cause.
Crystal Beach, Gorham, Rushville, and Canandaigua firefighters responded to the scene along with Ontario County and Yates County Fire Coordinators.
