Teen Airlifted after Wayne County ATV Crash

A teen is in stable condition after a Tuesday night ATV crash in Wayne County.

State Police report responding to Bassett Road in the Town of Butler just before 8:30p for an accident involving two juveniles where they determined the vehicle went down an embankment after failing to negotiate a curve.

The 13-year old was flown via Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital in Critical condition. He was then taken to Upstate and is listed in stable condition.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
