Geneva City Hall, a historic brick building with a clock tower, serves as the seat of local government in Geneva, New York.

A Rochester company will be part of a special meeting of the Geneva City Council on Thursday to discuss a possible mixed-unit housing development. David West with Geneva Economic Development says the property is at 595 South Exchange Street, which is an Office of Economic Opportunity parcel that has been vacant for quite some time.

Thursday’s special meeting will be held in City Hall starting at 5:30 p.m.
