Seneca County Approves 2024 Budget

The 2024 budget for Seneca County has been approved by the Board of Supervisors.

The $88.4 million spending plan is an increase of about 13 percent over this year’s budget and calls for a tax levy increase of $11.07 million. There’s good news for property owners as the tax rate will drop $0.46 cents to $3.33 per $1,000 of assessed value.
