UPDATE: Missing Waterloo Native Located

2:30 P.M. UPDATE: From the Oswego Police Department: “Michael Vatter has been located. We appreciate the public’s assistance with locating Michael.”

.A Waterloo native, now living in Oswego, is missing and police are asking for your help in locating him.

55-year-old Michael Vatter was last seen leaving work on August 2nd.   Vatter was last seen wearing shorts, sandals, and a fishing shirt.  He is believed to be in the Rochester area and drives a grey 2019 Chevrolet Equinox.

Vatter is from Waterloo and graduated from DeSales High School in Geneva.  He loves to fish and play golf.
