Regional Transit Service (RTS) has introduced a new mobile app that gives riders access to trip planning and real-time bus information.

The Pingo app is now available to customers in Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, and Wyoming counties. Riders can use it to plan and track their trips, and in the near future, to pay their fares.

The app will also connect to RTS Link, the new Microtransit pilot program launching in LeRoy on Oct. 13. Customers will be able to use the app to schedule rides during the pilot.

The free “Ride Pingo” app can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play. More information is available at myRTS.com/Pingo
