After more than 20 years of being parked outside in all of the Finger Lakes’ weather elements, the Regional Transit Service buses in Waterloo will now be parked inside.
An official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new $8 million bus garage and office/training center on Thurber Drive will happen on Thursday. The building is adjacent to the Seneca County Office Building.
Ground was broken on the project back in August of 2023.
