We have some sad news to pass along from the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.

K9 Ben, who retired from the department this fall due to his age, has passed away. Ben retired with his handler, Sergeant John Fowler in September.

Sheriff Timothy Thompson said, “K9 Ben served the county with distinction for many years, and we sincerely appreciate his dedication to duty throughout his career.”
