An investigation into a remark made by a Seneca Falls Town Board member toward Police Chief Tim Snyder during the November 6 meeting has concluded.

At the end of the tense meeting, where residents criticized the proposed 2026 budget, board member Frank Sinicropi is seen on the video stream telling Chief Snyder to remove a resident,  a town employee, who was speaking outside the public comment period, then adding, “shoot him.” Video of the incident that was reviewed is below:

Chief Snyder told 13 WHAM that the results of his department’s joint investigation with the Seneca County District Attorney’s Office into the comments will soon be released.
