A Geneva shopping center will go up for bid at auction in March. The Town and Country Plaza was foreclosed upon by Wells Fargo Bank in March of 2022 after its owners, New Jersey-based Geneva Shopping Center LLC, defaulted on a 13.2-MILLION dollar loan beginning in October of 2020.
The Finger Lakes Times reports the auction is set to take place on March 20th at 10 a.m. at the Ontario County Courthouse in Canandaigua.
