The Geneva Police Department Community members may have noticed increased police presence in various locations throughout the city today.
The New York State Police, along with members of the Geneva Police Department and various other local agencies, were conducting an investigation. Chief Ronald Eveland said there is no threat or concern to the general public at this time.
No other details as to what the investigation pertained to were released.
