A motorcyclist suffered what was believed by First Responders to be a broken arm and leg after being struck by a pickup truck last night in Wayne County.

The accident happened on Walworth Marion Road shortly after 10 o’clock. Police say Anna Parker, of Marion, was driving west when she attempted to turn left onto Huntley Road. Parker is accused of failing to yield the right of way to an eastbound motorcycle operated by 20-year-old Caitlyn Harrington, of Walworth.

Harrington was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for her injuries.

Parker was ticketed for failure to yield and released on an appearance ticket.
