The Midlakes Secondary Performing and Fine Arts departments will collaborate for the Spring Arts Festival.
The festival is set for today from 4-6:30. Weather permitting, the performances will be in the courtyard outside the High School Band Room in the new Music Suite. If it rains, the duets will be moved indoors, performed in the music lounge area in front of the High School Band room.
The festival will feature multiple duet parings, with collaborative performances by Midlakes Middle and High School students. Student-produced art will be on display for visitors to browse during the various sets.
Music performances are scheduled in short 5-minute blocks from 4 pm to 6:30 pm.
The casual evening featuring duet performances, the High School Jazz Band, and student-produced artwork is open to the public.
