The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a personal injury accident involving an E-Bike and a pickup truck in the town of Lyons.
Deputies say 19-year-old Jacob Bott, of Lyons, was riding an E-Bike southbound in the northbound lane of Dickerson Street when he struck a pickup truck making a left-hand turn into a driveway. The truck was driven by 40-year-old Ronald Wiggins of Clyde.
The crash caused minor damage to the driver’s side of the pickup. Bott was taken to Newark Wayne Community Hospital for evaluation of minor back pain.
