Common tools such as a measuring tape, utility knife, and pencil are often used in home repair and construction projects.

A long-neglected stretch of Route 14 in the town of Lyons is getting a new start, as crews this week broke ground on a $3 million revitalization project local leaders say will reshape the Wayne County capital.
