The lone Democrat on the Seneca County Board of Elections is not seeking reelection.

Citing changes in his personal life, including marriage, becoming a father of two, and a new career demanding increased time commitments Lodi Town Supervisor Kyle Barnhart has decided not to run again.

Barnhart secured grants for the Lodi Food Pantry, oversaw the construction of the new Lodi Town Hall, and has been leading the push for the county to share sales tax revenue with the towns and villages.
