Financial incentives for two solar energy projects in Lodi were recently approved by the Seneca County Industrial Development Agency.

The county agency will offer payments in lieu of taxes and tax exemptions related to sales tax on equipment and building materials, as well as mortgage recording.

The Finger Lakes Times reports a vote on final approval of both packages could happen in June or July after public hearings are held and a cost-benefit analysis is conducted.
