The Finger Lakes Land Trust (FLLT) is inviting the public to attend free information sessions on its Hemlock to High Tor Initiative, a major conservation effort protecting more than 114,000 acres of forested land in the western Finger Lakes. The initiative stretches from Hemlock Lake to the High Tor Wildlife Management Area at the southern end of Canandaigua Lake, preserving vital natural resources amid increasing development pressure.
Lindsay McMillan, Hemlock to High Tor Project Director, along with FLLT staff, will discuss the organization’s conservation work and answer questions from attendees.
