Hobart Grad Representing Seneca Falls Helps Raise Money on 9/11

Cantor Fitzgerald, an American financial services firm that was founded in 1945, lost 685 employees when the World Trade Center came down on September 11th, 2001.

Every year since Sept. 11th 2001, the company has donated its global profits on 9/11 to charity including Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund.  The fund has donated over $180 million dollars to assist victims of natural disasters.

Monday was no different.  Celebrities from film, music, and sports showed up to help make trades and raise money supporting their local charities.

Romulus native, 1977 Hobart graduate, film and television star Christopher McDonald took part and was representing the new Seneca Falls Performing Art Center.

Three Hobart graduates working for Cantor Fitzgerald died on 9/11
