The Ontario County father and son who own the pit bull that attacked three people in Canandaigua will be in court today.

Casey Murphy and Madison Herendeen of Chapin Street in Canandaigua had their case adjourned until today to give them more time to obtain legal counsel.

They are charged with having a dangerous dog after it attacked a 43-year-old Rochester man and his 9-year-old son last month.  Earlier in August, the dog attacked a 3-year-old child.

A GoFundMe campaign has been established to help the three victims. The campaign was set to raise $10,000, so far it raised over $44,000 dollars.
