Geneva Police Chief Reacts to Arrest of Officer

The arrest of former Geneva Police Officer Michael Tapscott on Wednesday for allegedly selling a form of Adderall that requires a prescription to another person while on duty sent shockwaves through the community.  Police Chief Ronald Eveland spoke about the impact the arrest of an officer has on the department.

Tapscott was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor official misconduct.  The 13-year veteran of the police department resigned following his arrest.
