The annual dinner for the Geneva Boys and Girls Clubs is this week. Executive Director Chris Lavin said one of the highlights of Thursday’s dinner will be the introduction of a new management team.
“We have three new managers who are, because of my age, and in order to have a succession plan in place it’s a much bigger organization than it was with many more tentacles in the community,” said Lavin. “We need to build the infrastructure to go on after the ‘Lavin-Era’ ends.”
