“FL ROCKS!” Finger Lakes Residents, Businesses Team Up to Help Hurricane Victims

Finger Lakes residents and businesses pose with a trailer full of donations, including water bottles, at the Seneca Falls Police Department, collected to help hurricane victims.

The Finger Lakes responded to help those in need who were impacted by last week’s hurricane that impacted the southeast.

We wanted to share photos that were shared on social media so others could see the generosity of those who donated. Thank you to Church’s Flooring in Geneva, Joseph Burke Companies, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, and Austin Physical Therapy in the Finger Lakes for organizing, collecting, and transporting the donations to North Carolina.

In Steuben County, Keith and Kelsey Egressi of Pulteney helped to organize a donation drive that will also send goods to North Carolina!
