A Dresden man has been sentenced to three years in jail after admitting he intentionally backed his car into a woman during a domestic dispute in Ontario County.

Deputies say 27-year-old Blake Randolph and a 44-year-old woman were arguing while driving on Lake to Lake Road in Gorham on November 8th. When the woman got out of the vehicle, Randolph accelerated in reverse and struck her.

She was treated at Thompson Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

Randolph pleaded guilty to assault and felony aggravated DWI. In addition to jail time, Randolph was sentenced by the Hon. Stephen Miller to three years of probation.
